The information collected from you by Eduvanz may constitute ‘Personal Information’ or ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ (collectively referred to as “Personal Information”).

The SPI Rules further define “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:
- financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details;
- physical, physiological and mental health condition;
- sexual orientation;
- medical records and history;
- biometric information;
- any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for providing service; and
- any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise;

In general, you can use this Application without telling us about yourself or revealing your Personal Information. We track the internet protocol address from which users/individuals access our Application and Website and analyze this data for trends and statistics independently or through third party service provider, but the individual user remains anonymous. Some of our web pages including our third party service providers store and use "cookies" so that we can better serve you with customized information when you return to the Application. Also, you agree that we may provide information so collected from you to government authorities or any court of law as per the applicable laws of India. It is possible that we may need to disclose Personal Information when required by law, such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel.
